As Unidade de Pronto Atendimento são definidas como estabelecimentos de saúde de complexidade intermediária entre as Unidades Básicas de Saúde/Estratégia Saúde da Família (UBS/ESF) e a Rede Hospitalar, devendo compor, junto com estas, uma rede organizada de atenção às urgências, em conformidade com as diretrizes da Política Nacional de Atenção às Urgências.As UPAs funcionam 24 horas e prestam atendimento médico de urgência e emergência, adulto e pediátrico, com a possibilidade de inserção de outras especialidades médicas como Ortopedia conforme a necessidade da região.O atendimento é feito a partir do Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco, que estabelece as prioridades de tempo para o atendimento médico conforme a gravidade do paciente. Além disso, o serviço oferece leitos para observação, realização de procedimentos como exames laboratoriais de urgência, exames de imagem, suturas, inalação, administração de medicamentos e, caso necessário, encaminha os pacientes de maior gravidade, após estabilização, ao Hospital de Referência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar relatórios periódicos, definidos pela ATAF (Área Técnica da Assistência Farmacêutica), CRS (Coordenadoria de Regiões de Saúde), STS (Supervisão Técnica de Saúde) e Instituição, mantendo a equipe de farmácia atualizada quanto às normas e legislação vigentes; Cumprir e supervisionar o cumprimento da legislação sanitária no que diz respeito a medicamentos; Participar em todos os níveis do processo de organização, estruturação, reestruturação e funcionamento da farmácia; Capacitar a equipe de farmácia quanto aos aspectos administrativos, legais e técnicos do serviço, inclusive em relação à orientação aos usuários sobre a utilização de medicamentos; Conhecer, divulgar, orientar e acompanhar o fluxo de solicitação de medicamentos não constantes na REMUME (Relação Municipal de Medicamentos Essenciais) gerada na unidade e avaliar o cumprimento das exigências; Realizar e acompanhar a comunicação ente a CFT (Comissão de Farmácia e Terapêutica) e o prescritor e garantir que este receba o parecer elaborado pela CFT (Comissão de Farmácia e Terapêutica); Conhecer, divulgar, orientar o fluxo dos medicamentos sob protocolo clínico; Conhecer, divulgar, orientar a equipe de saúde, usuários e conselho gestor quanto ao acesso e medicamentos do Componente Especializado a Assistência Farmacêutica e demais programas de acesso a medicamentos; Supervisionar todas as atividades desenvolvidas pela equipe de profissionais sob sua responsabilidade; Aplicar e monitorar indicadores definidos pela Área Técnica da Assistência Farmacêutica para avaliar as ações da Assistência Farmacêutica no nível local; Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Curso Técnico em Farmácia concluído;Experiência mínima de seis meses comprovada na função.Informações adicionaisLocal de Trabalho: Vila Independência, Zona Leste - São PauloCarga Horária: 12x36 Benefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
