Como Técnico de Inspeção na SANY, você será responsável por realizar inspeções periódicas nos equipamentos mantidos em estoque, garantindo o acompanhamento das condições físicas e funcionais das máquinas e o cumprimento dos procedimentos de preservação e conservação. Atuará na abertura e encerramento de Ordens de Serviço, realização de registros fotográficos, atualização das informações no sistema e identificação de avarias, anormalidades ou necessidades de intervenção. Também acompanhará as pendências identificadas durante as inspeções, contribuindo para que os equipamentos permaneçam devidamente documentados, conservados e aptos para liberação e entrega. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções periódicas nos equipamentos mantidos em estoque;Abrir, preencher e finalizar as Ordens de Serviço relacionadas às inspeções dos equipamentos;Realizar registros fotográficos conforme os procedimentos estabelecidos e anexá-los ao sistema;Atualizar as informações referentes às condições e ao status dos equipamentos;Verificar as condições gerais das máquinas, identificando avarias, vazamentos, danos, componentes faltantes, deteriorações ou outras anormalidades;Realizar verificações funcionais previstas nos procedimentos aplicáveis aos equipamentos;Registrar e comunicar avarias, falhas ou anormalidades identificadas durante as inspeções;Direcionar as necessidades de intervenção às equipes responsáveis pelos reparos, fornecendo as informações e evidências necessárias;Acompanhar as pendências identificadas durante as inspeções até sua regularização;Apoiar o controle dos equipamentos que entram, permanecem ou são retirados do estoque;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de preservação e conservação dos equipamentos durante o período de armazenagem;Manter o histórico e a rastreabilidade das inspeções, ocorrências e condições identificadas;Apoiar a verificação das condições dos equipamentos antes da liberação para entrega;Elaborar e reportar informações sobre o status das inspeções, pendências e equipamentos que necessitem de intervenção;Apoiar a melhoria e padronização dos processos de inspeção e conservação dos equipamentos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica, Manutenção de Máquinas ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento básico de sistemas mecânicos, hidráulicos e elétricos de máquinas e equipamentos;Capacidade de realizar inspeções visuais e funcionais e identificar anormalidades;Organização e disciplina para cumprimento de rotinas periódicas e prazos;Experiência com máquinas pesadas, equipamentos de construção, movimentação de carga ou equipamentos similares;Experiência com inspeção e conservação de máquinas e equipamentos;Experiência com abertura e preenchimento de Ordens de Serviço;Conhecimento em sistemas, aplicativos e ferramentas digitais para registro de informações;Vivência em operações de estoque, pátio ou manutenção de equipamentos;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em pátios e áreas de armazenamento de equipamentos.
