Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) em Segurança do Trabalho para atuar na promoção de um ambiente seguro, saudável e em conformidade com as normas de SST. Você será responsável por desenvolver ações preventivas, conduzir treinamentos, identificar riscos e fortalecer a cultura de segurança, contribuindo diretamente para a proteção das pessoas e a excelência operacional. Responsabilidades e atribuições

Realizar inspeções e auditorias de segurança, identificando riscos e acompanhando ações corretivas e preventivas. Garantir o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e demais requisitos legais aplicáveis. Acompanhar programas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, monitorando indicadores e propondo melhorias contínuas. Ministrar treinamentos, integrações e campanhas de conscientização sobre segurança. Investigar incidentes e acidentes, elaborando relatórios e acompanhando planos de ação. Apoiar fiscalizações, auditorias e processos de conformidade documental. Atuar junto à CIPA, SIPAT e demais iniciativas de promoção à saúde e segurança. Manter registros e documentações de SST atualizados, assegurando conformidade e rastreabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos obrigatórios

Formação Técnica em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo. Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e legislação de SST. Experiência com treinamentos, inspeções de segurança e investigação de acidentes. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.

Será um diferencial

Conhecimento em SAP ou sistemas de gestão similares. Certificação para ministrar treinamentos de NRs.Ter vivência em metodologia de WCM. Experiência em ambiente industrial ou operações de grande porte.
