As Unidade de Pronto Atendimento são definidas como estabelecimentos de saúde de complexidade intermediária entre as Unidades Básicas de Saúde/Estratégia Saúde da Família (UBS/ESF) e a Rede Hospitalar, devendo compor, junto com estas, uma rede organizada de atenção às urgências, em conformidade com as diretrizes da Política Nacional de Atenção às Urgências.As UPAs funcionam 24 horas e prestam atendimento médico de urgência e emergência, adulto e pediátrico, com a possibilidade de inserção de outras especialidades médicas como Ortopedia conforme a necessidade da região.O atendimento é feito a partir do Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco, que estabelece as prioridades de tempo para o atendimento médico conforme a gravidade do paciente. Além disso, o serviço oferece leitos para observação, realização de procedimentos como exames laboratoriais de urgência, exames de imagem, suturas, inalação, administração de medicamentos e, caso necessário, encaminha os pacientes de maior gravidade, após estabilização, ao Hospital de Referência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável por acompanhar e fiscalizar as rotinas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, calibração e testes de equipamentos médicos. Prestar suporte técnico às unidades de saúde, de forma presencial ou remota, analisando e validando Ordens de Serviço, definindo prioridades e solicitando laudos técnicos quando necessário. Elaborar pareceres, relatórios e planilhas técnicas, além de apoiar a elaboração de planos de investimento, especificações técnicas, checklists de manutenção e necessidades de treinamento operacional. Realizar visitas técnicas para avaliação operacional, acompanhar a instalação e ativação de novos equipamentos, avaliar o desempenho de prestadores de serviço e participar de projetos, adequações físicas e atividades da Engenharia Clínica no corporativo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário Ensino Médio Completo Curso Técnico em eletrônica, Técnico em equipamentos Hospitalares ;Experiência em manutenção hospitalar no mínimo 6 meses.Informações adicionaisEscala: 40 horas - Segunda a Sexta.Região: Perus/PiritubaBenefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
