Realizar atendimentos terapêuticos aos pacientes, visando à habilitação e reabilitação com foco na independência e autonomia possíveis de acordo com a idade e prognóstico de reabilitação.Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Realizar a avaliação do paciente, seguida da elaboração do programa de tratamento;·        Realizar as sessões de terapia conforme procedimentos validados pela instituição, incluindo o controle de frequência do paciente;·        Proceder às avaliações e evoluções periódicas dos pacientes;·        Registrar os resultados das avaliações/evoluções em prontuário eletrônico nos formulários apropriados, imprimindo e assinando-os para encaminhamento ao setor de arquivo do SAME para anexá-los ao prontuário físico;·        Orientar os familiares/responsáveis dos pacientes com relação ao uso de próteses, órteses e adaptações, além dos posicionamentos adequados e atividades que melhoram o desempenho do paciente em todos os seus contextos de vida diária;·        Participar da tomada de decisão nos casos de alta, desligamento ou prosseguimento das terapias;·        Participação de atividades técnicas internas e externas dos setores (mini equipe, discussão de caso, avaliação global);·        Consultar o Supervisor no caso de alteração nas atividades de rotina e realizar as alterações necessárias;·        Responsabilizar-se pela organização e manutenção das salas / ambiente e materiais utilizados nos atendimentos e dos setores;·        Caso seja necessário, poderá dar suporte teórico/prático aos aperfeiçoados;·        Caso seja solicitado, poderá orientar trabalhos científicos;·        Poderá ser indicado para treinamentos/supervisões externas e vídeo conferência com outras unidades da Instituição;·        Responder pelos procedimentos de avaliação/triagem das clínicas/grupos em parceria com médicos correspondentes;·        Acompanhar os casos em tratamento e os procedimentos da mini equipe ou discussão de casos;·        Realizar o uso adequado de EPI, conforme necessidade dos procedimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Terapia Ocupacional;Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Terapia Ocupacional (CREFITO);Desejável: Experiência na área e/ou especialização em neurologia e/ou reabilitação física, (método neuro evolutivo Bobath).Horário de trabalho:Segunda a sexta das 13:00 às 18:20Informações adicionaisQuais benefícios oferecemos aos nossos funcionários?•   Assistência Médica•   Assistência Odontológica•   Vale Transporte•   Seguro de Vida•   Vale alimentação•   Auxílio Creche•   Ambulatório Médico•   Cartão de todos•   Wellhub (Gympass)•   Day off de aniversário•   Cesta ou Vale de Natal•   Ações de Qualidade de Vida•   Programa de Somos + Saúde•   Conexa Saúde (Telemedicina)•   Premiação por tempo de casa•   Parcerias educacionais•   Tangará•   Convênio farmácia - UniversPara mulheres que tenham filhos conforme convenção coletiva.Ativado no mês seguinte após os 90 dias do período de experiência.
