Sobre a oportunidadeBuscamos um(a) Trainee de Engenharia Agronômica para fazer parte da nossa equipe e desenvolver conhecimentos técnicos e profissionais relacionados à produção agrícola e ao agronegócio.Durante o programa, o(a) trainee terá contato com diferentes atividades da área, acompanhando profissionais experientes, participando de projetos e desenvolvendo competências técnicas e de gestão.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais atividadesAcompanhar o planejamento e a execução das atividades agrícolas;Realizar acompanhamento e avaliação das áreas de cultivo;Auxiliar no monitoramento de pragas, doenças e condições das plantas;Apoiar análises e manejos relacionados ao solo e à fertilidade;Acompanhar aplicações de fertilizantes e produtos agrícolas, conforme orientação técnica e legislação aplicável;Auxiliar na coleta e análise de dados de produtividade;Participar de projetos de melhoria e otimização dos processos agrícolas;Elaborar relatórios e controles relacionados às atividades da área;Acompanhar o uso de tecnologias e ferramentas de agricultura de precisão;Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de campo, produção e gestão.RequisitosGraduação ou curso técnico em Engenharia Agronômica ou formação prevista para conclusão;Interesse em atuar no agronegócio e no desenvolvimento de atividades agrícolas;Conhecimentos básicos em informática, especialmente Excel;Disponibilidade para atividades em campo;Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;Disponibilidade para viagens ou mudança de localidade, caso necessário.DiferenciaisExperiência anterior em estágio na área agrícola;Conhecimento em agricultura de precisão;Conhecimento em análise de solo e manejo de culturas;Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão e análise de dados;CNH categoria B.Perfil desejadoProcuramos uma pessoa curiosa, proativa, organizada com perfil de liderança e interessada em aprender.
