Aqui, valorizamos quem assume responsabilidades, busca fazer a diferença e trabalha em conjunto para construir soluções que movimentam todo o Grupo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar clientes, realizando visitas de pré venda, com base em seu conhecimento do mercado, concorrência e plano tático de conquista; Visitar clientes para detectar suas necessidades atuais e futuras a fim de oferecer os serviços da RTE mais adequados. Negociar a venda do transporte de carga fracionada e dedicada, visando garantir rentabilidade para RTE Rodonaves e agregando valor ao cliente.Construir propostas comerciais e técnicas que atendam as necessidades do cliente e estejam de acordo com o valor da tabela de precificação mais adequada, garantindo assim que as negociações fiquem dentro das diretrizes comerciais da empresa (condição de pagamento, compatibilidade de sistemas e etc.).Acompanhar a situação de faturamento, rentabilidade e satisfação de cada cliente através de relatórios.Garantir a satisfação do cliente no pós-venda, mantendo contato para analisar suas necessidades.Participar do estabelecimento das metas comerciais de sua unidade e apoiar a execução das tarefas necessárias para o cumprimento das mesmas; Criar índice de positivação de clientes (Cotações X Vendas); Garantir que o processo de atendimento firmado com o cliente no momento da contratação do frete seja comunicado e atendido de forma correta em toda a rede de atendimento da RTE, a fim de garantir que o padrão de qualidade no atendimento aos clientes da RTE seja o mesmo nas unidades próprias e parceiras; Realizar demais trabalhos correlatos às atividades descritas acima sob supervisão direta e com delegação compatível a sua maturidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesENSINO MÉDIO COMPLETOEXPERIENCIA NA FUNÇÃO E PACOTE OFFICE, CNH BInformações adicionaisConvênio Médico.Convênio Odontológico.Convênio Farmácia.Wellhub.Vale Alimentação.Seguro de Vida.VTVRParticipação nos Lucros.
