A profissional também atuará ativamente na prospecção, relacionamento e follow-up de clientes, principalmente por WhatsApp.É uma oportunidade para quem gosta de vender, criar relacionamento e construir sua própria carteira de clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar atendimento presencial e digital aos clientes;Fazer prospecção ativa de novos clientes;Realizar follow-up de leads e clientes;Utilizar WhatsApp como ferramenta de vendas e relacionamento;Trabalhar uma carteira/mailing de clientes da unidade;Identificar necessidades e apresentar os produtos mais adequados;Conhecer profundamente o portfólio de produtos da empresa;Acompanhar o cliente durante toda a jornada de compra;Realizar demonstrações e apresentações dos produtos;Produzir vídeos e conteúdos para divulgação dos produtos e da loja;Contribuir para o relacionamento e fidelização dos clientes;Trabalhar com metas e indicadores comerciais.Requisitos e qualificações Procuramos uma profissional que tenha:Experiência anterior com vendas e atendimento ao cliente;Perfil hunter, com iniciativa para buscar clientes e oportunidades;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Desenvoltura para conversar e apresentar produtos;Foco em resultados e cumprimento de metas;Capacidade de realizar vendas consultivas;Facilidade para utilizar WhatsApp e ferramentas digitais;Interesse em produzir vídeos e conteúdos para vendas;Organização para realizar follow-ups;Empatia e sensibilidade para atender diferentes perfis de clientes;Interesse em aprender sobre produtos de maior complexidade e valor agregado.Experiência em lojas de departamento, varejo, shopping ou vendas consultivas será considerada um diferencial.Ter familiaridade ou identificação com o segmento de cabelos, perucas e produtos relacionados também será um diferencial importante.Inglês será considerado um diferencial, especialmente pelo atendimento a clientes estrangeiros.
