Valorizamos a diversidade de pensamentos e incentivamos a troca de conhecimentos e experiências.Estamos em busca de um Advogado para atuar com controle de publicações e gestão de prazos processuais, garantindo o acompanhamento de movimentações judiciais, controle rigoroso de prazos, distribuição de demandas e suporte à gestão jurídica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesLeitura, Análise e Triagem de Publicações Realizar o monitoramento diário de diários oficiais, intimações, citações e sistemas eletrônicos dos tribunais (PJe, eproc, ESAJ, Projudi, entre outros), garantindo a identificação tempestiva de todas as movimentações processuais relevantes.Gestão e Controle de Prazos Processuais Identificar, calcular, cadastrar e acompanhar prazos judiciais e administrativos em sistemas de gestão jurídica, observando rigorosamente a legislação aplicável e as regras processuais, incluindo a contagem em dias úteis e feriados forenses.Distribuição e Direcionamento de Demandas Encaminhar publicações, prazos e atividades aos advogados e equipes responsáveis, assegurando a correta atribuição das demandas e o cumprimento dos fluxos internos de trabalho.Monitoramento, Cobrança e Dupla Conferência Acompanhar continuamente a execução das atividades, realizar follow-up com os responsáveis, monitorar prazos críticos e efetuar dupla checagem das informações lançadas, mitigando riscos de perda de prazo e falhas operacionais.Gestão de Indicadores e Relatórios Gerenciais Elaborar e analisar relatórios de controle, produtividade e desempenho da equipe, identificando gargalos operacionais, oportunidades de melhoria e fornecendo subsídios para a tomada de decisão da gestão jurídica.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências DesejadasOrganização e atenção aos detalhes;Elevado senso de responsabilidade e comprometimento com prazos;Conhecimento de sistemas processuais eletrônicos e softwares de gestão jurídica;Capacidade analítica para interpretação de publicações e andamentos processuais;Habilidade para trabalhar com grande volume de informações e múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para interação com equipes jurídicas e administrativas.DiferenciaisExperiência prévia em controladoria jurídica;Vivência com gestão de prazos em escritório de advocacia ou departamento jurídico;Conhecimento avançado em softwares jurídicos e ferramentas de automação de processos.
