Estamos em busca de um profissional para reforçar nosso time!No Grupo Bancorbrás, cada ideia é bem-vinda, e valorizamos pessoas proativas, criativas e protagonistas, movidas pela centralidade no cliente, excelência, transparência e diversidade.Se você gosta de trabalhar em um ambiente colaborativo, diverso e inovador, venha contribuir com nossa equipe e fazer a diferença!Faça parte de uma empresa sólida, humana e que transforma projetos de vida em realidade!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, analisar e revisar contratos, pareceres jurídicos e políticas internas;Prestar assessoria jurídica às áreas da empresa em diferentes ramos do direito;Apoiar a alta administração na tomada de decisões estratégicas, com base em análises jurídicas;Realizar pesquisas doutrinárias, jurisprudenciais e legislativas;Acompanhar mudanças legislativas e regulatórias, avaliando impactos para a organização;Representar a empresa em processos judiciais e administrativos, elaborando peças;processuais, construindo estratégias de atuação e realizando sustentações orais;Atuar em nome da empresa em audiências, julgamentos e mediações;Orientar prepostos, correspondentes e testemunhas em audiências;Resolver conflitos e intermediar negociações jurídicas;Proteger os interesses da empresa em demandas contenciosas e extrajudiciais;Analisar riscos jurídicos relacionados a operações e projetos;Gerir contencioso e consultivo, definindo estratégias de atuação;Realizar o provisionamento de valores e probabilidades de perda em processos, para fins de contingenciamento contábil;Elaborar relatórios e fornecer informações jurídicas para auditorias internas e externas;Controlar e gerir prazos processuais, garantindo cumprimento tempestivo de diligências e atos processuais;Fazer gestão de bloqueios e garantias vinculadas a processos sob sua responsabilidade;Interagir com órgãos reguladores, entidades públicas e advogados externos;Participar de reuniões com clientes internos e externos, prestando orientação técnica;Colaborar com áreas internas no desenvolvimento de políticas e diretrizes jurídicas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Direito;Experiência prévia no exercício da advocacia, em escritórios ou departamentos jurídicos;Inscrição ativa na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB) e certificado digital válido;Domínio de sistemas de processo eletrônico, como PJe, Projudi, e-Proc e e-SAJ;Conhecimento sólido em Direito Processual;Conhecimento e experiência na utilização do software de gestão de processos jurídicos Legal One;Residir em Brasília/DF e ter disponibilidade para participar de encontros presenciais.
