Principais Atividades

  • Recepcionar e identificar os clientes na entrada, garantindo um atendimento cordial e profissional;
  • Controlar o fluxo de entrada e saída de pessoas, mantendo a organização do ambiente;
  • Organizar e orientar a fila de espera, proporcionando uma experiência mais agradável aos clientes;
  • Observar o movimento e o comportamento dos frequentadores, identificando situações que necessitem de atenção;
  • Comunicar ocorrências ou atitudes suspeitas à liderança, seguindo os procedimentos de segurança;
  • Zelar pela organização, segurança e bom funcionamento do acesso ao estabelecimento.
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Noções de segurança patrimonial;
  • Boa comunicação, responsabilidade e pontualidade;
  • Postura profissional, simpatia no atendimento e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Capacidade de manter a calma em situações de pressão;
  • Agilidade e proatividade no dia a dia.
