Principais atividades:

  • Realizar o pré-preparo e preparo dos alimentos conforme o cardápio e as fichas técnicas;
  • Realizar cortes de carnes, hortifrútis e demais ingredientes;
  • Preparar molhos e demais componentes dos pratos;
  • Auxiliar na organização e montagem das praças;
  • Manter a cozinha, equipamentos e utensílios limpos e organizados;
  • Controlar etiquetas, validade e armazenamento dos alimentos;
  • Seguir as boas práticas de higiene e segurança alimentar;
  • Apoiar a equipe nas demandas da operação;
  • Atuar em câmaras frias, seguindo os procedimentos de segurança;
  • Contribuir para uma operação ágil, organizada e com qualidade.

Para se destacar nesta posição, buscamos uma pessoa com as seguintes qualificações:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Conhecimento básico em manipulação e segurança dos alimentos;
  • Conhecimento em controle de validade e aplicação do método PVPS (Primeiro que Vence, Primeiro que Sai);
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes durante a execução das atividades;
  • Agilidade e disposição para atuar na rotina da cozinha;
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
  • Proatividade e interesse em aprender e se desenvolver na área;
  • Desejável curso na área de gastronomia ou cozinha;
  • Desejável curso na área de segurança alimentar e boas práticas de manipulação.
