## Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent within niche markets. - Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit. - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. - Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and employee referrals, to find potential candidates. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to attract suitable candidates.

## Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on niche hiring. - Strong understanding of technology roles and requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with recruitment for emerging technologies such as AI, Data Science, and Cybersecurity. - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and advanced networking. - Ability to conduct market research to inform recruitment strategies.

## Experience Minimum of 6 years of specialized experience in IT recruitment.
