Aufgaben

Für die Durchführung von Kursen der überbetrieblichen Unterweisung suchen wir ab sofort in folgenden Fachbereichen eine/n

Metallbaumeister (m/w/d) Stuckateurmeister (m/w/d) Fliesenlegermeister (m/w/d) Maurermeister (m/w/d) Dachdeckermeister (m/w/d) Zimmerermeister (m/w/d) Elektrotechnikmeister (m/w/d) Karosseriebaumeister (m/w/d) Kraftfahrzeugtechnikermeister (m/w/d)

Mit der Vermittlung berufsbezogener praktischer Fertigkeiten, übernimmt die überbetriebliche Unterweisung (ÜLU) eine Ergänzungsfunktion zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen der jeweiligen Ausbildungsordnung. Darüber hinaus besteht ein wesentlicher Auftrag in der Vertiefung sowie der Systematisierung und Pädagogisierung der betrieblichen Berufsausbildung im Handwerk.

Die Aufgaben umfassen in der Hauptsache:

  • Anleitung von Auszubildendengruppen in einer Lehrwerkstatt
  • Durchführung von 5-tägigen ÜLU-Kursen auf der Grundlage von vorgegebenen Rahmenplänen
  • Vermittlung von typischen praktischen Fertigkeiten im jeweiligen Fachgebiet

Das brauchen wir

  • Abschluss als Meister (m/w/d) in einem der oben genannten Gewerke
  • Ausbildereignung nach AEVO oder eine vergleichbare pädagogische Schulung
