Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen in einem Umfang von 30 Stunden pro Woche die Ausbildungsberatung bei der Weiterentwicklung, Sichtbarmachung und Verbreitung ihrer Serviceangebote für Ausbildungsbetriebe und Auszubildende. Ziel ist es, die Reichweite der Beratungsangebote zu erhöhen, Betriebe aktiv anzusprechen, digitale Informationsangebote auszubauen sowie interne Steuerungs- und Monitoringprozesse zu unterstützen.

Die Stelle ist zunächst im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung bis zum 31.08.2029 befristet.

  • Unterstützung der Ausbildungsberatung bei der Betreuung von rund 5.000 Ausbildungsbetrieben
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Bekanntmachung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceangebote
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Informationen für Betriebe und Auszubildende
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Informationsangebote
  • Unterstützung bei Themen wie digitale Berichtshefte und digitale Ausbildungsprozesse
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Gremiensitzungen und Netzwerkveranstaltungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Berufskollegs, Innungen, Kreishandwerkerschaften und weiteren Partnern

Das brauchen wir

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement, eine verwaltungsbezogene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation, Bildungsarbeit und/oder Projektorganisation
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und Informationsaufbereitung
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Netzwerkarbeit
