Sie verstehen es, eine effiziente Belegung unserer Ausbildungswerkstätten und Schulungsräume zu koordinieren? Es gelingt Ihnen, andere zu begeistern? Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen koordinieren Sie die Abläufe rund um die Verwaltung unserer ÜLU-Kurse und behalten dabei die unterschiedlichen rechtlichen Vorgaben von nahezu 30 Handwerksberufen im Blick. Diese vermitteln Sie sicher und verständlich an unsere Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder und stellen damit eine einheitliche Umsetzung in der Praxis sicher.

Das brauchen wir

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Ausbildungen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS-Office-Produkten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, Freundlichkeit und Verbindlichkeit
  • Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Service- und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Gute Umgangsformen sowie ein souveränes Auftreten
