We are a fast-growing company aimed at changing the paradigm in the kids' entertainment industry.

The role:

The Senior Manager, Ad Operations and Paid Media will help run the global day-to-day operations, management, and integration of Lumee’s digital advertising inventory on YouTube/CTV/FAST, and analytical reporting of media operations, and be across paid media bookings from start to end, e.g creating media plans, campaign setup, reporting needs to clients and PCRs.

It’s a chance to work with some of the biggest brands in the kids and family space, and build inside an organization shaping how the next generation watches, plays, and buys.

Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with a set of external partners and work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Ad Sales/Client Partnerships and Finance teams.

  • Act as point of contact with the commercial sales team - deliver media plans to the sellers, answer operational questions from agencies/clients, and be the fountain of knowledge on everything media ops.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Finance team to aid and improve the campaign reconciliation process and be across the end of campaign/monthly billing.
  • Derive insights and trends from media campaigns to inform optimizations and identify opportunities for enhanced targeting across future campaigns.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using video ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, Springserve, DV360 preferred).

  • Strong experience with digital video advertising on YouTube/CTV/FAST, and YouTube campaign management.
  • Confident with GAM, checking avails + reporting.

  • Confident communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and close attention to detail.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
