Jouw nieuwe rol:Als Recruiter ben jij de schakel tussen bedrijven en kandidaten. Samen met de Accountmanagers ga je aan de slag om de noden van de klant in te vullen. Klaar om te ontdekken wat deze rol écht inhoudt? Let's break it down:

  • Je bouwt je eigen talent pool van Freelancers binnen Life Sciences op.
  • Je zoekt actief kandidaten via verschillende kanalen en screent hen uitgebreid: van telefonische prescreen tot uitgebreider diepte-interview.
  • Samen met de Accountmanager stel jij de kandidaat voor bij de klant en begeleidt hen door het rekruteringsproces.
  • Je volgt kandidaten consistent op, jij zorgt voor een authentieke en sterke relatie die blijft hangen!
