Voor een goede klant van ons, zoeken we een recruiter die het volledige aanwervingsproces voor technische profielen in handen neemt.

Je werkt nauw samen met Operations en HR. Je leert de personeelsnoden kennen, zoekt actief naar geschikte techniekers en begeleidt kandidaten van eerste contact tot loonvoorstel. Daarbij bouw je aan duurzame relaties met kandidaten en klanten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert het volledige recruitmentproces
  • Je volgt sollicitaties en leads uit campagnes zorgvuldig op.
  • Je voert telefonische screenings en sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Je beoordeelt kandidaten en bespreekt loonvoorstellen.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met Operations over de noden en planning.
  • Je werkt samen met Operations en HR en houdt het ATS up-to-date.
  • Je denkt mee over vlottere recruitmentprocessen en een sterke kandidaatervaring.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op de arbeidsmarkt.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in recruitment.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en weet kandidaten enthousiast te maken.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je stelt vlot prioriteiten en volgt afspraken zorgvuldig op.
  • Ervaring in een technische of industriële omgeving is welkom.
  • Ervaring met outsourcing is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt graag vanuit de regio Kempen
