Jouw eigen sector bij de marktleider in de arbeidsbemiddelin! Je adviseert directies van banken, verzekeraars en pensioenuitvoerders en maakt samen met je team het verschil voor onze klanten. Ben jij onze nieuwe Sector Director Financial Services?

Wat wij bieden

  • Eigen sector. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor omzet, marge en resultaat van de sector en bepaalt samen met jouw team jouw koers.
  • Direct aan tafel bij directies. Je bent het gezicht van Vertage naar onder andere banken, verzekeraars en pensioenuitvoerders.
  • Een breed portfolio. Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Marketing en andere afdelingen, zodat je klanten kunt helpen met het volledige aanbod van Vertage.
  • Een team om mee te groeien. Je begeleidt jouw accountmanagers en bouwt met hen aan sectorkennis en een sterke reputatie in de markt.
  • Een markt in beweging. Digitalisering, nieuwe regelgeving en het nieuwe pensioenstelsel veranderen hoe opdrachtgevers hun flexibele schil inrichten. Jij helpt hen daarbij.

Jouw rol

Als Sector Director bouw je de positie van Vertage binnen de financiële services verder uit. Je ontwikkelt de strategie voor jouw sector en bouwt strategische relaties met onze belangrijkste klanten. Je zet commerciële kansen binnen jouw klantportfolio om in succes.

Jouw eerste jaar bij Vertage staat in het teken van gezonde groei in omzet en marge, en van het verdiepen van relaties met toonaangevende klanten. Concreet maak je samen met je team accountplannen voor de belangrijkste klanten, signaleer je waar aanvullende diensten uit ons portfolio waarde toevoegen (cross- en upsell) en deel je jouw kennis van de sector met klanten en partners. Zo word je hun strategisch sparringpartner.

Wat wij vragen

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de arbeidsbemiddeling, zoals MSP, uitzenden, detachering, consultancy of workforce solutions.
  • Aantoonbaar succes in het behouden en laten groeien van bestaande klanten (retentie, cross- en upsell) en het opbouwen van strategische klantrelaties.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële leidinggevende rol.
  • Kennis van de financiële dienstverlening en een netwerk in de sector.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift.
