About the Opportunity

HealthOPM is recruiting a Physiotherapist for a potential temporary or contract assignment with Good Samaritan at a seniors’ care facility in Salmon Arm, BC. This opportunity supports resident care and quality of life. Accommodation may be available, depending on assignment arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Assess mobility, strength, balance and physical rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop treatment plans to support movement, function and fall prevention.
  • Recommend mobility aids and safe transfer approaches as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with care teams and maintain clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • Recognized Physiotherapy qualification and current authorization to practise in BC.
  • Seniors’ care, long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, teamwork and documentation skills.
  • Previous Good Samaritan experience is an asset.
