Deine Aufgaben

Als Online Marketing Trainee (m/w/d) wirst du in alle Bereiche des Online Marketings eingeführt und übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung für verschiedene Aufgaben.

Deine Kreativität und dein gestalterisches Auge kommen besonders bei der Erstellung von Content für Social Media zum Einsatz. Du entwickelst ansprechende Inhalte, erstellst Grafiken oder Videos und trägst dazu bei, unsere Online-Präsenz zu stärken.

Zusätzlich unterstützt du bei der Planung und Organisation von Online Marketingkampagnen, arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und bist ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Anfragen.

Im Laufe deines Trainee-Programms erhältst du Einblicke in verschiedene Marketingbereiche und übernimmst schrittweise Verantwortung. Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Kollegen zusammen, erhältst kontinuierliches Feedback und hast die Möglichkeit, dich in Richtung deiner Interessen und Stärken weiterzuentwickeln, um erfolgreich im Marketing durchzustarten.

  • Du erstellst Social-Media-Posts und verfolgst Analysen und Trends.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung und Entwicklung von Marketingkampagnen
  • Du wirst in jedes Thema eingelernt und kannst Dich so spezialisieren, wie Du möchtest
  • Du bist flexibel und kreativ und kannst Dich schnell in verschiedene Bereiche einarbeiten.
  • Du bist bereit, verschiedene Aspekte des Marketings zu erkunden und zu unterstützen.

Dein Profil

  • Proaktive Generierung und Einbringung eigener Ideen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen Marketingtools zur Bildbearbeitung, Content-Planung, Videobearbeitung
  • Flexibilität und Kreativität und kannst Dich schnell in verschiedene Bereiche einarbeiten.
  • Fähigkeit zur schnellen Einarbeitung in verschiedene Bereiche
  • Bereitschaft, verschiedene Aspekte des Marketings zu erkunden und zu unterstützen
