Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation von Terminen und Abläufen
  • Regelmäßige gemeinsame Fahrten mit Dominik von München ins Büro in Mühldorf (mind. 3x pro Woche) als Teil der engen, persönlichen Zusammenarbeit
  • Planung, Buchung und Koordination von ReisenAn- und Abreise organisieren Hotelbuchungen koordinieren Transfers, Restaurants und Rahmenprogramm planen
  • Sicherstellen, dass benötigte Arbeitsmittel, Unterlagen und ggf. Fahrzeuge vorbereitet und einsatzbereit sind
  • Erledigung und Koordination von Besorgungen und Alltagsorganisation zur Entlastung der Geschäftsführung
  • Strukturierte Planung und Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben (Listen, To-do-Management, Erinnerungen)
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit externen Ansprechpartnern (z. B. Dienstleister, Hotels, Agenturen)
  • Vorausschauendes Mitdenken: Abläufe so organisieren, dass Termine reibungslos stattfinden und die Geschäftsführung den Kopf für inhaltliche Themen frei hat
  • Flexible Unterstützung im Tagesablauf in einem dynamischen Umfeld (keine starre 9-to-5-Tätigkeit)

Dein Profil

  • Sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen und strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (Office Paket, Kalender, E-Mail, Projektmanagement Tools)
  • Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude daran, aus dem Hintergrund die Unternehmensführung zu Unterstützen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten im Rahmen geplanter Termine
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Freude an einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung sowie an regelmäßiger Mobilität zwischen München und Mühldorf
  • Interesse an unternehmerischen Zusammenhängen und der Arbeitsweise von Geschäftsführern
