Deine Aufgaben

Als Opener / Setter bist du die erste Stimme, die Unternehmer aus dem Elektrohandwerk von Heckner hören. Du arbeitest in einem hochmotivierten Vertriebsteam und profitierst von unserer seit über 40 Jahren aufgebauten Marktführerschaft. Im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen dich ein modernes CRM-System, in dem du alle relevanten Informationen findest, sowie ein vernetztes VoIP-Telefon.

Die Stelle kann vollständig remote innerhalb Deutschlands ausgeübt werden. Präsenz in Mühldorf am Inn ist nur zur Einarbeitung (2–4 Wochen) sowie bei vereinzelten internen Workshops nötig.

  • Telefonische (Kalt-)Akquise: Du sprichst Inhaber von Elektrobetrieben an und vereinbarst Erstgespräche
  • Beziehungsaufbau zu Unternehmern auf Augenhöhe
  • Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung: Du führst die Erstgespräche selbst und findest heraus, ob und wie wir dem Betrieb helfen können
  • Saubere Dokumentation deiner Gespräche im CRM

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, du hast rhetorisches Talent
  • Überzeugendes Auftreten: gesundes Selbstbewusstsein und auf Augenhöhe mit dem Handwerk
  • Lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes und kundenzentriertes Denken und Handeln
  • Beharrlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstmotivation, auch im Homeoffice
  • Fähigkeit, andere Menschen zu motivieren und zu begeistern
  • Fähigkeit, in kurzer Zeit enge Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen
  • Vertriebserfahrung ist keine Voraussetzung. Wir bilden dich aus.

Vergütung

  • 5.000 € Festgehalt pro Monat

Arbeitszeit und Arbeitsort

  • Remote innerhalb Deutschlands, Präsenz nur zur Einarbeitung und bei vereinzelten Workshops

  • Geschäftsreisen nur in Ausnahmefällen, in der Regel unter 10 Tage im Jahr
