Un/une Ingénieur Projets Industriels

Pour l'établissement de Carrières-sous-Poissy

CONTEXTE DE LA MISSION

L'activité Big Bag connaît actuellement une forte croissance de la demande. Malgré la mise en service d'une nouvelle installation, les performances attendues n'ont pas été pleinement atteintes.

La mission a pour objectif d'analyser et d'objectiver les temps de production, d'identifier les opérations sans valeur ajoutée, de définir une organisation robuste et pérenne, tout en améliorant la sécurité des opérations et la qualité de service offerte à nos clients.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d'Exploitation, vous serez principalement en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Mesure et analyse des flux : Réaliser des chronométrages complets : installation et accrochage, marquage, palettes, déstockage, approvisionnement des enveloppes, chargement des plateaux, colmatages et aléas. Construire une base de temps standard avec dispersion et conditions d’observation.
  • Dimensionnement et pilotage : Transformer les objectifs hebdomadaires en charge de travail, capacité journalière et besoin en ETP. Proposer un tableau de pilotage simple : BB produits, BB/h, BB/h/personne, temps d’arrêt, causes d’écart et respect du plan.
  • Organisation et 5S : Conduire un chantier 5S, reprendre le plan de Luzancy comme référence, définir le nouvel ordre de rangement, rapprocher les consommables à forte rotation, formaliser la procédure de rangement et créer l’audit hebdomadaire.
  • Optimisation des opérations : Réduire les 15 minutes nécessaires pour aller chercher une palette d’enveloppes, les colmatages 0/4, les attentes, les premiers tours manqués et les surtemps de chargement des camions bâchés.
  • Fiabilisation des données : Contribuer au rapport automatique de production avec le fabricant et rapprocher production machine, production déclarée, stocks et ventes.
  • Essais techniques : Etudier l’adaptation des Big Bags 0,4 t à la machine automatique, tester les solutions liées au vent : ridelles, crochets et fixation des anses.
  • Sécurité : Intégrer la sécurité dans chaque standard : gyrophares de fin de trémie, EPI, circulation, manutention, rangement, utilisation de la barre à mine et traitement des déchets/recyclage.

LIVRABLES ATTENDUS

  • Cartographie du processus et diagramme spaghetti des déplacements.
  • Etude de temps avec standards, variabilité, temps fixe hebdomadaire et capacité.
  • Outil Excel de dimensionnement des équipes selon les objectifs de production.
  • Plan d’implantation et standard 5S avec procédure de rangement et grille d’audit.
  • Standards opératoires visuels pour production, déstockage et chargement plateau.
  • Tableau de bord hebdomadaire et rituel de passage de consignes.
  • Plan d’action priorisé avec gains mesurés avant/après et responsables.
  • Rapport final et présentation des résultats à l’exploitation.

🪪FORMATION - PROFIL SOUHAITE

  • Etudiant(e) en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur ou en formation équivalente, spécialité génie industriel, méthodes, production, amélioration continue ou mécanique.
  • Goût marqué pour le terrain,
  • Capacité à observer sans perturber l’activité
  • Maîtrise d’Excel
  • Rigueur dans la mesure et aptitude à faire adhérer les opérateurs.
