Nous recrutons pour notre activité granulat notre prochain(e) EIT Commercial (H/F).

🏗️ Heidelberg Materials France est la filiale française du groupe Heidelberg Materials, numéro un mondial des marchés des granulats et du béton prêt à l'emploi, numéro deux mondial du marché du ciment. L'entreprise dispose au total de 300 sites de production répartis sur tout le territoire métropolitain, dont 5 cimenteries et 2 centres de broyage.

Le programme EIT est un parcours de développement de 18 mois conçu pour permettre à de jeunes diplômés d’apprendre rapidement nos métiers, de développer leurs compétences et de se préparer à prendre progressivement des responsabilités au sein du Groupe.

Pendant votre parcours, vous combinez apprentissage, expérience terrain et développement professionnel, au plus près de nos activités et de nos équipes.

💼 Votre mission

Intégré(e) à la Direction Régionale Grand Est et rattaché au Manager Commercial vous contribuez directement au développement commercial de votre secteur et devenez progressivement l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients.

Vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients ;
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et mener des actions de prospection ;
  • Rencontrer clients et prospects sur le terrain ;
  • Comprendre leurs besoins et leur proposer les solutions adaptées ;
  • Construire et défendre vos offres commerciales ;
  • Négocier les prix, volumes et conditions de livraison ;
  • Suivre votre activité, vos résultats et votre portefeuille clients ;
  • Travailler en proximité avec les équipes opérationnelles, logistiques et transport.

👤 Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Jeune diplômé(e) Bac+5, notamment issu(e) d’une école de commerce ou d’Ingénieur ;
  • Une vraie appétence pour le commerce BtoB et le terrain développé au cours d’une première expérience en stage ou alternance.
  • Envie de découvrir un environnement industriel concret ;
  • Goût du challenge, curiosité, aisance relationnelle et capacité à prendre des initiatives ;
  • Anglais courant indispensable.
