Heidelberg Materials Belgium is momenteel op zoek naar een

DISPATCHER

om het team te versterken op ons hoofdkantoor gelegen in Eigenbrakel.

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele planning van onze betonmixers vanuit onze betoncentrales – een cruciale rol in onze logistieke keten.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een internationale marktleider in bouwmaterialen, met een duidelijke focus op duurzaamheid en innovatie.
  • Je werkt in een cultuur waar authenticiteit, betrokkenheid, leergierigheid en samenwerking centraal staan.
  • We hechten belang aan jouw balans: 12 ADV-dagen, flexibele opstart (shift tussen 04u30 en 09u00) en mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van capaciteit: vrachtwagens, chauffeurs, pompen en betoncentrales.
  • Vlotte communicatie met chauffeurs, klanten, productie, onderhoud en sales.
  • Continu bijsturen van de planning: anticiperen, snel schakelen en oplossingen vinden.
  • Organiseren van laad- en lostijden, retourstromen en samenwerking met externe pompen.
  • Afhankelijk van je profiel: rol als pre-planner, dagplanner of pompplanner.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en bent klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig, werkt vlot met systemen en behoudt overzicht bij multitasking.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en leert graag bij.
  • Ervaring in planning of logistiek is een enorme troef, maar jouw mindset en motivatie zullen nog meer het verschil maken!
