Ihre Aufgaben

Du führst die Zahlen — nicht fremde Mandate.

Bei uns bist du nicht einer von zwanzig Buchhaltern und arbeitest keine Mandantenliste ab. Du führst die Zahlen eines Betriebs mit 95 Mitarbeitern und 15 Mio. € Umsatz — vom Zahllauf bis zur Liquiditätsplanung. Kurze Wege: Fragen klärst du mit dem Geschäftsführer, nicht über drei Hierarchiestufen.

Rechnungswesen

  • Kontrolle und Abstimmung der Buchhaltung für Abschlagszahlungen
  • Debitorenbuchhaltung einschließlich Kontrolle der Rechnungsübertragung
  • Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Kostenrechnung
  • Buchung sonstiger Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Durchführung von Monatsabschlussarbeiten

Finanzwesen

  • Überwachung und Steuerung der Zahlungsströme auf den Bankkonten
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zahlläufen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens

Controlling

  • Durchführung von Projektbewertungen
  • Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen sowie Abstimmung und Rücksprache mit den Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung und Überwachung der Liquiditätsplanung

Anlagenbuchhaltung

  • Erfassung und Verwaltung des Anlagevermögens
  • Bewertung von Anlagegütern
  • Durchführung von Abschreibungen

Externes Rechnungswesen

  • Erste Ansprechperson für externe Ansprechpartner wie Lieferanten, Steuerberater und Banken
  • Durchführung abschlussvorbereitender Tätigkeiten
  • Überwachung und Kontrolle der Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben beschriebenen Tätigkeitsfeldern
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Gute IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an betrieblichen Softwarelösungen, Prozesszusammenhängen und modernen Technologien, unter anderem im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz (KI)
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis für Anwender- und Systemprozesse
  • Interesse an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen, Optimierungen und gesetzlichen Änderungen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Hohes Interesse an den wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und der Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens
