Wir suchen keinen perfekten Lageristen. Wir suchen jemanden, der Ordnung mag. Unser Lager läuft. Aber es könnte deutlich besser laufen. Du nimmst das in die Hand: Bestandsaufnahme, neue Struktur - und danach dafür sorgen, dass sie hält.

Wir suchen jemanden von hier: Köngen, Wendlingen, Nürtingen, Esslingen, Kirchheim, Plochingen, Wernau, Denkendorf. Kurze Wege, kein Pendeln.

Das machst du bei uns: Material für unsere Monteure zusammenstellen, damit sie morgens loskommen Wareneingang: annehmen, auf Vollständigkeit prüfen, einlagern Warenausgang und Rücksendungen organisieren Werkzeug ausgeben und zurücknehmen - im Regal und in unserer digitalen Werkzeugverwaltung Mindestbestände melden und nachbestellen Wöchentlich prüfen, welche bestellte Ware noch keiner abgeholt hat Inventur

Und ein Projekt gleich zum Start: Bestandsaufnahme, eine neue Lagerordnung aufbauen, die Lehrlingswerkstatt herrichten. Du fängst nicht in einem fertigen System an. Du baust es.

Ihr Profil

Du magst Ordnung. Wirklich, nicht nur im Bewerbungsschreiben. Grundverständnis für Technik und Werkzeug - du musst kein Anlagenmechaniker sein Offen für digitale Werkzeuge. Wir arbeiten mit einer digitalen Werkzeugverwaltung, nicht mit Zettelwirtschaft. Deutsch, das für die Abstimmung mit Monteuren und Lieferanten reicht Zuverlässigkeit - unsere Monteure verlassen sich darauf, dass das Material da ist

Eine Ausbildung als Fachlagerist brauchst du nicht. Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen. Und wenn du nicht alles erfüllst: melde dich trotzdem.
