Ihre Aufgaben

Wir bauen die Projektleitung aus. Gesucht ist jemand, der ein Projekt von der Kalkulation bis zur Abnahme durchzieht — und dabei nicht auf drei Freigabeebenen warten muss.

Maier Heiztechnik, Köngen bei Esslingen. 95 Mitarbeiter, Familienbetrieb seit 1966, 15 Mio. Umsatz. Heizung, Klima, Kälte, Sanitär. Objektgeschäft und Kundendienst, alles mit eigenen Leuten.

Damit du weißt, worüber wir reden — drei Projekte aus den letzten Jahren:

  • Wolff & Müller Campus Stuttgart — BHKW, Wärmepumpe, Eisspeicher, Photovoltaik
  • Nahwärmenetz Schafhof, Kirchheim unter Teck — 240 Wohnungen, eine Schule, ein Kindergarten, CO2-neutral mit Hackschnitzeln
  • Klinikum Nagold — Kältemaschinen, Trockenkühler, Hybridkühler

Dazwischen Industrie, Verwaltungsbauten und Wohnungsbau. Fast alles im Umkreis von 30 Kilometern. Du bist abends zu Hause. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du planst, kalkulierst und wickelst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich ab
  • Du erstellst Angebote, Nachträge und Aufmaße
  • Du führst deine Monteure fachlich — eigene Leute, keine wechselnden Subunternehmer
  • Du überwachst die Baustelle bis zur Abnahme und begleitest die Inbetriebnahme
  • Du entscheidest. Wenn du eine Freigabe brauchst, fragst du den Geschäftsführer im selben Haus und hast am selben Tag eine Antwort.

Ihr Profil

  • Techniker oder Meister SHK / Versorgungstechnik — oder ein Studium in dieser Richtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Bauleitung TGA
  • VOB sitzt, Montagepläne liest du im Schlaf
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Führerschein Klasse B

Was wir ausdrücklich nicht verlangen: dass du schon alle Gewerke kannst. Wer aus der Planung kommt und auf die ausführende Seite will, ist bei uns genauso richtig — die Baustellenroutine bringen wir dir bei.
