我们希望你： 1、2026届本科及以上，计算机、数据、AI、信管或人力等相关专业。 2、会用Excel/多维表格，了解Python（或愿意快速学）。 3、对AI狂热：AI深度爱好者，如果自己调过API——加分。 4、爱折腾工具：愿意深钻飞书的多维表格、自动化、机器人。 5、心态够硬：皮实、有韧性、有耐心——项目推进中会反复调试，我们不希望你玻璃心，而是越挫越勇。
