1. 本科或研究生在读，专业不限，市场、广告、传播、新媒体等相关专业优先。 2. 对 KOL 合作、内容策划或品牌合作方向有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的内容审美与创意能力，能够基于 KOL 特点提出初步合作思路。 3. 熟悉主流社交媒体平台，了解基础的 KOL / 内容创作者生态。 4. 英文能力良好，对语言学习和跨文化交流有兴趣，能够理解不同文化语境下的内容表达。 5. 每周可线下到岗4-5天，可持续实习 4-6 个月者优先。
