The posting

1、负责公司核心后端服务的设计与开发，构建高性能、高可用的分布式系统； 2、参与 AI 应用相关系统的建设，包括大语言模型（LLM）、RAG、Agent、向量检索等场景的服务化与工程化落地； 3、在日常开发中熟练使用 AI 编程工具（如 ChatGPT、Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot 等），提升编码、调试、文档与测试效率； 4、设计与实现 AI 服务调用、Prompt 管理、任务编排与数据处理等功能模块，将 AI 能力集成到业务系统中； 4、参与团队 AI 工具与工作流建设，推动 AI 编程在项目开发中的标准化与协作化； 5、优化系统性能与稳定性，完善监控、服务治理、持续集成与自动化部署体系。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 3 年以上后端开发经验，其中 2 年以上 Golang 实战经验； 2、精通 Golang 语言特性与并发模型，具备扎实的系统设计与高并发服务开发能力； 3、熟悉 Echo 或其他主流 Golang 框架，具备分布式系统或微服务架构经验； 4、熟悉 MySQL、MongoDB、Redis 等数据库及性能优化，掌握 Kafka、Pulsar、NSQ 等消息队列； 5、熟悉 Kubernetes、容器化部署及云原生开发流程； 6、具备 AI 应用开发经验，了解大语言模型（如 GPT、Claude、Gemini、DeepSeek 等）的调用与集成； 7、具备丰富的 AI 编程实践，能熟练使用 ChatGPT、Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot 等 AI 工具进行代码生成、重构、测试与文档编写； 8、理解 AI 编程的优势与局限，能够结合实际项目制定高效、安全的 AI 协同开发实践； 9、具备良好的工程思维、代码规范与沟通协作能力，热衷探索 AI 驱动的软件开发新范式。
