工作要求： 10年以上HR经验，5年以上HRBP角色，支持过百人以上团队； 有招聘管理经验，能统筹需求、渠道、面试官及数据； 有海外（中东、欧美、东南亚等）至少一个区域0-1团队搭建的招聘经验； 综合BP模块（绩效/盘点/员工关系等）有落地项目； 有创业精神，不设边界，愿意做增量的事；皮实、内驱，有较强的解决问题的能力。 擅长用AI工具提效。 英语流利，可作为工作语言。
