1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上iOS原生开发经验，具备中大型项目技术架构设计经验； 2、精通iOS系统原理及性能优化，深入理解RunLoop、GCD多线程管理机制，熟练掌握Core Animation框架实现高性能UI渲染，具备复杂消息通信（KVO/NotificationCenter）及进程间通信（XPC/App Groups）开发经验； 3、精通Foundation及UIKit框架体系，熟练掌握Socket长连接管理、基于URLSession的HTTP/HTTPS网络协议栈开发，具备TCP拥塞控制/IP分片重组等底层协议调优经验，熟悉Protobuf/JSON序列化方案； 4、具备Swift与Objective-C混合编程能力，熟悉Clang Module化构建，掌握CocoaPods组件化工程架构，深入理解MVC/MVVM设计模式及DI（依赖注入）实现原理； 5、熟悉LLVM编译工具链，具备模块化架构设计能力，能运用 Instruments 进行性能调优（内存泄漏/卡顿检测），掌握单元测试（XCTest）及持续集成（Fastlane+Jenkins）开发流程，熟悉Git工作流程； 6、拥有良好的计算机体系基础，熟悉常见算法与数据结构，具备复杂业务场景的技术方案选型能力，有App性能监控体系（APM）建设经验者优先。
