一、核心职责 搭建落地组织发展、人才发展、文化激励、员工关怀及用工合规体系，适配多城市+海外场景。 协同HR三条虚拟小组高效运转； 全盘负责行政管理，包括团队带教、体系搭建及日常运营优化。 协助HRD制定人力战略、对接高层；

任职资格 5年+HR全模块经验，擅长文化、激励、组织发展、员工关系，有落地经验。 具备行政全盘管理经验，带教行政岗。 熟悉用工合规、社保政策，有多城市/海外人力相关经验优先。 体系化思维强，皮实抗压、成就动机强，有创业心态、敢担责。
