1. 5年以上互联网社交产品运营经验，主导过百万级以上 DAU 产品的留存提升项目、有完整的用户生命周期运营实操案例优先 2. 具备优秀的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能够从复杂的业务中抽离出影响用户活跃留存的关键因素 3. 能够建立社交互动指标体系进行精细化复盘，面对全球化市场的变化和社交新技术（如 AI 社交）能快速吸收并转化为运营策略 4. 能高效协同跨部门团队，推动增长策略精准上线 关键能力 1. 结构化思考能力： 能将复杂的业务问题拆解为可落地的运营指标，逻辑清晰 2. 数据敏感度： 能够从数据中敏锐察觉异常波动，并透过数据看到背后的用户行为逻辑 3. 结果导向： 对投入产出比敏感，能够平衡运营成本与用户增长质量 4. 跨团队推动力：具备项目管理能力，能够独立且高效地与跨部门团队配合协作
