1、KOC挖掘与建联：负责主流社媒平台（如 Instagram、YouTube、TikTok、X及本土社区/Cafe等）的韩语创作者挖掘，建立并拓展高粘性的韩语KOC矩阵； 2、内容协同与落地：结合HelloTalk品牌阶段性推广策略，引导并协助KOC完成优质内容产出，把控韩语文案及素材质量，确保符合当地文化和合规要求； 3、社群与关系维护：日常维护韩语创作者关系，负责从触达、谈判、签约到内容交付的全流程。通过精细化运营，提升KOC的品牌合作忠诚度； 4、数据分析与优化：追踪KOC发布内容的数据表现，定期产出运营分析报告，沉淀并优化KOC运营协作流程。

1、语言能力：韩语达到母语级水平（或TOPIK 6级且听说读写极度流利），具备地道的韩语表达与邮件/社交软件沟通能力，英语或中文可作为工作语言； 2、工作经验：1-3年海外社媒运营、红人营销或海外用户运营经验； 3、平台熟悉度：重度海外社媒用户，熟悉 Instagram、YouTube、TikTok 等平台的推荐算法及韩国用户的触达习惯； 4、具备沟通与抗压能力：需具备多任务处理能力和沟通耐性； 5、有结果导向意识：对数据敏感，执行力极强，能主动通过数据发现问题并迭代策略； 加分项：有韩国留学、生活或本地工作背景者优先。
