岗位职责： 1. 采购与供应商管理： 1）战略采购： 制定并执行公司行政采购战略，全面负责所有行政类采购工作（包括办公用品、设备、家具、服务、礼品等），确保优质优价。 2）供应商体系搭建： 开发、评估、管理并优化供应商资源，建立稳定的供应商库，定期进行关系维护。 3）成本控制： 通过有效的谈判和替代方案寻源，严格控制行政采购预算，定期进行支出分析，提交成本优化报告，实现降本增效。 4）流程与合规： 建立并完善规范的采购流程和内控制度，确保所有采购活动合规、透明、高效。 2、团队与日常运营管理： 1）对行政人员进行工作任务分配，日常工作指导，提升团队专业素养和服务意识。 2）监督办公室日常环境的维护，确保办公区整洁、安全、有序，营造良好的工作氛围。 3）管理公司固定资产，组织定期盘点，确保账实相符。 4）统筹办公室租赁、装修、维修、绿植、保洁、安保等综合后勤事务。 3、 流程优化与制度建设： 1）不断审视并优化各项行政管理流程（如采购、资产、接待、快递等），2）提升部门工作效率。 3）制定和完善行政相关的规章制度并推动执行。 4.、跨部门协作与项目管理： 1）作为行政接口人，高效支持各部门的行政需求，提供专业的行政解决方案。 2）协同人力资源部、财务部等部门，完成行政相关的预算制定、费用报销、活动支持等工作。 3）主导或协助完成大型会议、年会、团建等活动的后勤支持与行政保障项目。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，行政管理、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2、具备5年以上行政工作经验，其中至少2年以上团队管理经验或全面行政管理工作经验。 3、精通采购管理全流程，拥有丰富的供应商资源及出色的成本控制与谈判能力。 4、具备优秀跨部门沟通协调能力和解决复杂问题的能力。 5、工作严谨细致，责任心极强，具备出色的计划组织能力和抗压能力。 6、熟练使用Office办公软件，擅长使用Excel进行数据分析和报告撰写。 7、具备良好的服务意识、大局观和优秀的职业道德。
