岗位职责 负责课程业务线整体运营，包括课程规划、定价策略、转化路径设计及营收增长； 参与课程产品 0-1 规划与迭代，能够从用户需求出发提出产品优化方案； 活动运营（策划—执行—复盘全流程），0到1； 基于数据拆解用户行为路径，优化曝光、点击、购买及复购链路的整体的数据分析能力； 结合 AI 技术与业务场景，探索新玩法与效率提升方案； 能通过简单 AI 编程能力，快速做 demo 或验证想法； 与产品、设计、研发深度协作，推动运营策略落地为产品能力。

任职要求 3 年及以上互联网运营经验，有在线教育 / 语言学习类产品经验优先； 有百词斩、51Talk、流利说等语言类或教育类 App 工作经验优先； 职业稳定性良好，单家公司任职不少于 1 年，不接受频繁短期跳槽经历； 有完整活动运营 0-1 全流程经验，既能执行，也具备决策能力； 具备数据分析能力，熟悉核心运营指标与转化漏斗模型； 懂基础 AI 编程或自动化能力（如能调用大模型 API、写简单脚本、搭建 demo 验证想法）； 对 AI 技术在教育场景中的应用有兴趣和探索欲。
