岗位职责 1、协助城市负责人制定校区整合式品牌与市场推广策略，统筹广告投放、线下推广全流程策划与执行，支撑各个校区业绩目标达成。 2、负责品牌创意策划，落地全国及区域性大型市场活动，拓展多品类异业合作并推进执行。 3、主导市场活动落地执行，完成营销方案主题构思、核心优势提炼、宣传软文撰写，运营维护区域市场公众号。 4、负责地推团队的管理与培训，保障品牌推广活动高效推进。 5、协同运营团队，确保各项品牌活动在校区内落地执行。 6、管控市场年度预算，跟踪分析投放效果，持续优化投入产出比。 7、监测竞品动态，追踪行业趋势与创新玩法，保障市场策略的前瞻性与竞争力。 任职要求 1、本科以上学历，工商管理或市场营销专业优先，有 1-3 年市场营销相关工作经验优先； 2、热爱教育行业，熟悉并了解少儿英语培训的市场特点，对教育产品有一定了解； 3、良好的沟通、协调能力，执行力强，有责任心，具备一定的抗压能力； 4、熟悉市场线上、线下推广方式； 5、英文 4 级或以上，能用英文进行交流，熟练使用 Office 办公软件； 6、能独立完成收单及渠道开发。
