Vous aimez organiser, trouver des solutions et être en contact avec des personnes au quotidien ? Ce poste est fait pour vous ! Aux côtés du Responsable de Secteur, vous serez un véritable pilier de l’organisation et contribuerez directement à la satisfaction de nos clients et au bien-être de nos salariés.

Vos missions au quotidien

Planification & organisation

  • Construire et optimiser les plannings des intervenants.
  • Gérer les remplacements et les imprévus avec réactivité.
  • Assurer le suivi des prestations et la satisfaction des clients comme des salariés.

Relation & accueil

  • Être le premier contact pour les salariés, clients et prospects, en agence comme au téléphone.
  • Répondre aux demandes avec professionnalisme et bienveillance.

Support administratif

  • Saisir et classer des documents.
  • Monter et suivre les dossiers administratifs numériques (clients et salariés).
  • Maintenir les informations toujours à jour.

Profil recherché

  • Vous avez déjà une première expérience réussie dans l’assistanat au sein d’une unité commerciale.
  • Votre rigueur, votre sens de l’analyse et votre esprit d’initiative sont vos meilleurs atouts pour relever ce défi.
  • Dynamique, organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un véritable esprit d’équipe, vous aimez collaborer et avancer ensemble vers des objectifs communs.
