The posting

Nous recherchons un Acheteur (H/F) en CDI pour venir renforcer nos équipes HEMERIA localisées sur Toulouse.

VOS MISSIONS:

  • Analyser en vérifiant la complétude des données d’entrée et traiter la demande d’achat.
  • Effectuer le sourcing de fournisseurs pertinents et évaluer leur capacité à répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.
  • Effectuer la sélection des fournisseurs.
  • Construire, soumettre et analyser les appels d’offres (coût, qualité, délai).
  • Effectuer la négociation des conditions d’achat avec le fournisseur sélectionné (meilleurs prix, délais de livraison les plus favorables, garantie de qualité).
  • Élaborer les commandes d’achat et les contrats d’achat si nécessaire.
  • Suivre l’état de la commande (accusé de réception de commande, délais).
  • Communiquer aux clients internes sur l’état d’avancement des commandes.
  • Assurer l’interface entre le service comptabilité et les fournisseurs.
  • Assurer une veille sur les tendances du marché et les innovations technologiques.

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’acheteur industriel,
  • Vous avez une excellente capacité de négociation et savez présenter clairement vos analyses,
  • Doté(e) d’une bonne aisance orale, d’un excellent sens de la persuasion et d’un bon esprit d’équipe,
  • Vous disposez également de connaissances techniques et d’une bonne connaissance des normes du secteur spatial et de la défense,
  • Vous maîtrisez les ERP et parlez anglais couramment.
