The posting

Nous recherchons un Préparateur Méthodes (F/H) en CDI pour venir renforcer nos équipes d’ingénierie HEMERIA au sein de notre division LAND & SEA localisées sur Toulouse.

MISSIONS:

  • Structuration des activités de production : Incrémentation des nomenclatures dans l’ERP. Séquencement des activités de production. Support à la production dans la résolution de problèmes.
  • Création des documents de fabrication : Création des documents nécessaires à la fabrication. Création des fiches d’intervention. Rédaction des rapports d’incident.
  • Gestion des demandes de service : Réalisation des demandes de service en lien avec le magasin afin d’alimenter la production.
  • Formation et accompagnement des collaborateurs : Formation des collaborateurs aux nouveaux process et méthodes de travail. Accompagnement des équipes dans la mise en place de ces nouveaux process.
  • Planification des activités de production : Planification des activités de production en fonction des deadlines projet dans l’ERP. Analyse du CBN. Lancement des commandes vers les achats.

PROFIL:

  • Formation Technicien(ne) dans un domaine technique ou industriel.
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel.
  • Maîtrise des procédés standards, procédés spéciaux et moyens de l’entreprise.
  • Maîtrise d’un ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
  • Capacité à rédiger de la documentation technique.
  • Notions d’anglais technique.
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Rigueur et esprit d’initiative.
  • Être persuasif(ve) et pédagogue.
