The posting

Nous recherchons un Qualiticien Assurance produit (F/H) en CDI pour venir renforcer nos équipes HEMERIA localisées sur Toulouse.

Missions:

Gestion des exigences:

  • Définir les exigences qualité du produit et challenger le niveau d’exigence du client en justifiant les écarts, en s’appuyant sur l’expertise de l’architecte
  • Elaborer le plan d’Assurance Produit et/ou le Plan de Management Assurance Qualité

Analyse fiabilité produit:

  • Piloter et valider les analyses et expertises liées à l’assurance produit
  • S’assurer de la conformité des dossiers de définition et de la prise en compte de leurs évolutions
  • Veiller à la réalisation des analyses de risques produit, incluant les analyses des modes de défaillance (DFMEA, PFMEA), conformément aux exigences client, avec l’appui des ingénieurs SDF/SLI/SN si nécessaire
  • Réaliser le suivi de qualification des produits (équipements et systèmes) jusqu’au prototype
  • Suivre l’état d’avancement des faits techniques auprès des équipes d’ingénierie

Qualification des équipements fournisseurs:

  • Communiquer aux fournisseurs les exigences produit relatives aux équipements
  • Assurer l’interface avec les fournisseurs pour le suivi des qualifications

Qualité Projet:

  • Assurer le rôle de qualiticien projet sur certains sujets: garantir la conformité des livrables projet, le respect des processus et de la clôture des non-conformités (NC)
  • Être l’interface qualité auprès des clients

Profil:

  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en qualité, acquise dans le cadre de projets industriels.
  • Une expérience en assurance produit de niveau junior peut être acceptée, sous réserve de solides compétences techniques dans au moins l’un des domaines suivants : matériaux, RAMS, EEE, électronique ou mécanique.
