Nous recherchons un.e Chef de projets ballons stratosphériques dirigeables (F/H) en CDI pour venir renforcer nos équipes HEMERIA Airship au sein de notre division SPACE & SKY localisées sur Ayguesvives.

MISSIONS :

Vous serez amené.e à intervenir sur des projets liés aux ballons stratosphériques, de la conception à la livraison, avec comme missions de :

•Structurer et piloter les projets en interne et avec les partenaires externes.

•Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires et planifier les ressources nécessaires.

•Assurer la relation client (revues, réunions, contractualisation).

•Suivre les coûts, consolider les budgets, gérer l'encours et garantir la rentabilité.

•Gérer et consolider le planning afin de garantir le respect des délais.

•Réaliser un reporting régulier et remonter les faits marquants.

•Superviser la configuration projet avec le soutien de la qualité.

•Rédiger ou superviser certains documents et livrables.

•Organiser et animer les revues de projet.

•Suivre les achats liés au projet.

•Piloter les évolutions et avenants.

•Identifier et gérer les risques et opportunités, et piloter les actions associées.

PROFIL :

•Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS PROJECT) ainsi que des processus industriels

•Capacité à anticiper et alerter sur les dérives, ainsi que superviser la réalisation (production, tests)

•Vous justifiez d'un excellent relationnel, de leadership, de rigueur, de pragmatisme et de ténacité, vous maîtrisez la négociation.

•Bon niveau d’anglais requis afin de communiquer envers les clients et fournisseurs.

Vous devez être habilitable à travailler sur des projets à des enjeux étatiques.
