The posting

Nous recherchons en CDI un.e Chef de projet équipements spatiaux (F/H) pour venir renforcer nos équipes HEMERIA au sein de notre division SPACE & SKY localisées sur Toulouse.

MISSIONS :

Rattaché.e au Responsable des projets Space, vous serez amené.e à intervenir sur des projets concernant les équipements spatiaux (structure, harnais, MLI), avec les responsabilités suivantes :

📝 Elaborer la structuration du projet (Plan de développement, spécifications, délais, coûts, v dispositions Qualité, WBS, OBS, PBS), ainsi que sa bonne implémentation.

🎯 Piloter le projet en interne et en externe (projet complexe et multi-partenaire) de la phase d'étude jusqu'à la livraison des satellites

👥 Piloter les équipes pluridisciplinaires en planifiant et partageant les besoins de ressources nécessaires à la bonne exécution du projet.

🤝 Gérer la relation client (suivi des actions, revues, réunions d'avancement, gestion des faits contractuels)

💰 Gérer les coûts : consolider les budgets, garantir la rentabilité du projet, gérer l’encours financier et les Reste A Faire

⏳ Gérer et consolider le planning afin de garantir la tenue des délais

📊 Assurer le reporting régulier et l'escalade des faits marquants (Tableaux de bord...)

✅ Consolider et suivre les achats

💡 Piloter les évolutions / avenants sur Projet

⚠️ Gérer les risques et opportunités et piloter les actions de levée des risques et concrétisation des opportunités

PROFIL :

  • Vous justifiez, avant tout, d'un excellent relationnel, de leadership, de rigueur, d’organisation, de pragmatisme et de ténacité, vous maîtrisez la négociation.
  • Vous avez une première expérience en tant que chef de projet sur des développements produit (cycle en V) dans un environnement industriel rythmé, et/ou vous avez un background en ingénierie spatiale au sein d’une ETI/ PME.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS PROJECT)
  • Capacité à anticiper et alerter sur les dérives, ainsi que superviser la réalisation (développement, production, tests)
  • Bon niveau d’anglais requis afin de communiquer envers les clients et fournisseurs.
