🇫🇷 Hemeria est un acteur européen de premier plan dans l’industrie spatiale, spécialisé dans les solutions innovantes de petits satellites. Dans le cadre de sa stratégie de croissance, Hemeria renforce son équipe commerciale afin d’accélérer son développement international et de consolider sa présence sur les marchés export.

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable commercial nanosatellites orienté(e) résultats pour piloter le développement commercial de nos solutions de petits satellites à l’échelle nationale.

Vous serez responsable de la définition et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale internationale, du développement d’un réseau de partenaires et de la croissance du chiffre d’affaires à l’export.

🎯 Missions principales

🔹 Développement stratégique

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie de développement d’Hemeria pour les programmes smallsats, en cohérence avec les objectifs du groupe.
  • Identifier et prioriser les zones géographiques et marchés à fort potentiel, en tenant compte des enjeux institutionnels, industriels et réglementaires (ex. : ITAR, contrôle des exportations).

🔹 Développement commercial

  • Détecter et développer activement les opportunités commerciales : prospection, qualification des leads, gestion du pipeline, suivi de cycles de vente longs.
  • Structurer, animer et développer un réseau de partenaires locaux, agents et intégrateurs afin de renforcer la présence commerciale de Hemeria au niveau national.

🔹 Exécution des ventes

  • Piloter des négociations commerciales complexes et contribuer à la conclusion de contrats export à fort enjeu.
  • Coordonner les réponses aux appels d’offres internationaux en collaboration étroite avec les équipes techniques, avant-vente, juridiques et programmes.

🔹 Représentation & visibilité

  • Représenter Hemeria lors de salons internationaux, événements professionnels et missions institutionnelles.
  • Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires et de prise de commandes.

🧠 Compétences & niveau d’expertise

Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience commerciale, idéalement dans les secteurs du spatial, de la défense ou des technologies complexes.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à :

  • Mener une prospection structurée et méthodique,
  • Construire des relations de long terme basées sur la confiance et vous adapter aux cultures locales,
  • Négocier et conclure des contrats à forts enjeux.

Autonome, persévérant(e) et animé(e) par un fort esprit entrepreneurial, vous disposez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais professionnel, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
