The posting

Au sein du service de la Direction Administrative et Financière, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour une durée de 6 mois à partir de novembre 2026 sur Toulouse afin d’accompagner les équipes dans le support et l’amélioration des outils de gestion, notamment autour de Power BI.

Vous interviendrez en support de niveau 0 auprès des utilisateurs afin de faciliter l’utilisation des outils, répondre aux demandes courantes et contribuer à l’évolution des solutions de reporting.

Vos missions :

  • Assurer le support de niveau 0 sur les outils de gestion et de développement liés à Power BI ;
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation des outils et résoudre les problématiques simples rencontrées ;
  • Identifier et qualifier les demandes avant éventuelle escalade vers les équipes spécialisées ;
  • Participer à la maintenance et à l’amélioration des tableaux de bord et outils de reporting ;
  • Contribuer à la documentation des procédures et bonnes pratiques d’utilisation.

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant(e) en formation supérieure (gestion, informatique, data, systèmes d’information ou domaine similaire) ;
  • Intérêt pour les outils de gestion, la data et le reporting ;
  • Première connaissance de Power BI appréciée ;
  • Sens du service, rigueur et bonnes capacités d’analyse ;
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût pour l’accompagnement des utilisateurs.
