The posting

Nous recherchons un technicien méthodes harnais (F/H) en CDI pour venir renforcer nos équipes d’ingénierie HEMERIA au sein de notre division SPACE & SKY localisées sur Toulouse.

Missions:

Au sein de l'équipe Industrialisation/Méthodes, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs d'études afin d'anticiper, optimiser et sécuriser la fabricabilité des produits tout en maîtrisant les coûts et les délais.
  • Définir les orientations et solutions techniques adaptées aux exigences des projets.
  • Définir et qualifier les procédés de fabrication en concertation avec les responsables Matériaux & Procédés (M&P).
  • Définir, spécifier et mettre en œuvre les moyens industriels nécessaires à la production.
  • Rédiger les spécifications techniques, les gammes de fabrication, les nomenclatures ainsi que les dossiers de fabrication.
  • Garantir le respect des normes, standards et règles de fabrication applicables.
  • Assurer le support technique aux équipes de production et accompagner la résolution des problématiques industrielles.
  • Piloter les analyses liées à l'intégration de nouveaux moyens industriels et à la mise en œuvre de modèles industriels complexes.
  • Participer aux activités de chiffrage sur les volets industrialisation, méthodes et production en support des équipes commerciales.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des procédés et à l'optimisation des performances industrielles.

Profil:

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur ou équivalent avec une spécialisation en électricité, électrotechnique ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience significative de plus de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
  • Expertise avancée dans le domaine des harnais électriques et des procédés associés.
  • Maîtrise de la rédaction de dossiers de fabrication, d'instructions techniques et de documentation industrielle.
  • Connaissances de base en CAO sous CATIA.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral).
  • Excellente capacité de lecture et d'interprétation de plans techniques.
